The competition has now closed.

 

Have you got what it takes to make an entertaining, educational-style exercise video? Star in a video promoting safe exercise for older people and be in to win!

The Health Quality & Safety Commission is asking residents of retirement villages to produce a fun, innovative video promoting safe exercises to prevent falls in older people.

The video should:

  • involve as many residents and staff members as possible
  • be set to the song ‘She’s a Mod’ by Ray Columbus & The Invaders: https://youtu.be/begMgjEBdAw
  • motivate viewers to do falls prevention exercises.

1st prize is a visit and performance from the world’s oldest dance group, The Hip Op-eration Crew!
