The Health Quality & Safety Commission has produced a number of downloadable resources (links below) to support DHBs and other providers in the launch of the Perioperative Harm topic. Regional and local launches will take place throughout April.

• Patient brochure Keeping you safe during surgery – English and Maori language version
• Perioperative harm infographic – the case for change, which highlights the effect of perioperative harm on patients and the health and disability system.
