Open | Perioperative harm grand rounds
The chair of the Health Quality & Safety Commission’s Perioperative Harm Advisory Group, Mr Ian Civil, with support from other advisory group members, has presented at hospital grand rounds throughout the country during the campaign.

- Waitemata 15/10/2014
The following DHB visits are scheduled to occur shortly or are still being arranged: Hawke's Bay, West Coast, South Canterbury, Tairawhiti, Wairarapa, Southern, Waitemata and Whakatane district health boards.
