MidCentral District Health Board was a hive of activity during Patient Safety Week, organising a different activity each day.

– Monday was 'Hello, my name is' day
– Tuesday was 'Let's talk about leaving hospital'
– Wednesday was learning sessions about communication, with three topics ('Hello, my name is', 'I've got what' and 'a fresh look at communication)
– Thursday was the launch of the patient safety card
– Friday was a celebration of the week
