Video entry from Ocean Shores Village in Mt Maunganui, for the Health Quality & Safety Commission New Zealand's falls video competition.

Rest home residents were challenged to come up with a fun an innovative video to encourage older people to do strength and balance exercises.

Ocean Shores were the competition winners and won a visit and performance from the world's oldest dance troupe 'Hip-Operation'.
